How To Make A Div Layout

Want to make your own layout? Well in this tutorial I'll teach you how to make your very own Divider Layout! You do need a basic knowledge of HTML though.
Note: I Used PSP 8 to make the edits in this tutorial, but you can use Photoshop, or Paint, but with Paint, you won't beable to make the fading bottom.
